We had dinner with the McCullers this weekend. They just got back from Argentina so they had a lot to talk about. Clay seems to do better at loud Mexican restaurants, especially if they have a Marischi band. Luckily, this one did! He is definitely not shy about showing off his dance moves.

Monjey Joe's

Clay went to Monkey Joe's on Saturday. He's been there before but this was the first time he was actually able to play. It's right down the street from us (and it's only $5 for him to get in) so I can see us visiting this place a lot when the weather is bad. He loved the slides the most!

I hosted Shannon's baby shower last weekend. She racked up on tons of clothes and other baby items for her sweet little boy. We can't wait to meet him! Only a few more weeks to go!

Austin and Gabriel came over on Halloween to go trick-or-treating with Clay. Even though it was raining on and off, they had fun and collected a ton of candy.

Clay had a great time at Aunt Cathy's house this past weekend. He was able to spend time with some of his favorite people. He loved Gavin's 4 wheeler!

Pumpkin Season

Clay picked out a pumpkin last weekend. Daddy plans to carve it some time before Halloween. I'll post some pictures of his masterpiece when it's complete. At the pumpkin patch, Clay went into a bunny petting area and had a good time chasing them around.

Hiawassee

We went to Hiawassee, GA this weekend to spend some time in the wilderness. We originally thought we would go camping, but decided to rent a cabin instead. We visited the North GA Mountain Fall Festival where we ate homemade ice cream and boiled peanuts. Clay loved the Jacuzzi in our cabin so much that he cried when we took him out. It was a very relaxing trip.

Clayton W. Connell, our future (Republican Party) president, has big plans for our country’s future. While he’ll still need another 40 to 50 years to finalize his strategic ideas, he’s beginning the campaigning now. Here is a recent picture of him with his private jet.

Washington, D.C.

We went to Washington, D.C. over Labor day weekend while Clay stayed with his Nana. We visited all the major attractions and did a bunch of walking around the city. Our feet were killing us by the end of the first day! It was nice to get away just the two of us, but we missed Clay so much. I was so happy to see him when we got home.
